In August 2004, Steve Jackson Games released GURPS Fourth Edition, starting with the two-volume Basic Set. In addition to the regular Basic Set books, we also did a special, one-time Deluxe Edition.

The original print run was made to preorders, however due to a printer error we received a number of sets in which Book 2: Campaigns had been incorrectly bound with white end sheets. These are the sets currently being offered for sale.

Both books are bound in bonded leather with foil stamping. The two books have full-color dust jackets, and come in a deluxe slipcase. Book 1: Characters includes a special autograph page in front, with the signatures of Steve Jackson, Sean Punch, David Pulver, and Andrew Hackard. (Yes, real signatures, not printed copies.)
