Spin Control

Life as a Troubleshooter is incredibly short immensely exciting, with endless ways of dying horribly serving Friend Computer. Each new suicide mission is full of new opportunities to heroically sacrifice one's life defeat the evil schemes of Commie masterminds intent on replacing Friend Computer's utopian society. Spin Control is no different, as it railroads allows a team of Troubleshooters to meander bravely stride into the dangerous marvelous world of public relations, with the ability to brainwash improve the lives of fellow citizens by explaining the benefits of senseless change progress to them.

My First Treason

Then there are the specialist créches dealing with junior citizens that have issues. For five young individuals (and one very cute petbot called Timmy) their sudden transfer to such a creche is very worrying. Over the next four hours (in between such riveting classes as Form Processing and Slime Mold Identification) their fabulous adventures take them to places most junior citizens (and petbots) can only dream about (or, more accurately, have really bad nightmares about).

Sweep of Unhistory

The DSESBBS (Deep Storage Emergency System Backup Backup System) is Friend Computer's plan to ensure that the utopia of Alpha Complex will never fall to the plots of Commie traitors. It is designed to use a team of specially selected Heroes of the Complex to save Alpha Complex in the multiple missions within Sweep of Unhistory. To come face to face with the true leaders of the Communist insurgency, to act as emissaries for Alpha Complex when disaster looms, with marvelous opportunities to work on a tropical 'work farm' or catch a glimpse of the legendary giant mutant cockroaches. Of course the Troubleshooters will not end up having to do any of this due to some incredibly unlikely twist of fate. Honest.
