Rituals and Runes is an expansion for Runebound, Second Edition that offers powerful new magic for Heroes. Runes are well-known to adventurers, and new Rune Items like "Everfull Purse" and "Fiery Doom" expand your options. Rituals, however, are an all-new Item type. Although they require a sacrifice of resources, they offer power beyond other Items of similar cost. What's more, they mimic Weapon and Armor abilities without using those slots.

Rituals and Runes requires no new rules or setup beyond shuffling these cards into your Market deck!

Contains thirty new Item cards, including the all-new Ritual Item type.
