But the once magnificent Blue Moon City now lies in ruins, and the otherworldly peoples of Blue Moon must rebuild it. The Mimix, the Vulca, the Flit, the Terrah, and other original fantasy races vie for leadership in this new age of peace and competition, using their unique skills to restore the elemental temples, the centers of learning, the edifices of government and of community. The peoples who most cleverly and quickly aid in the rebuilding will be rewarded with the shards of the city's most holy relic, the Crystal of Psi. When Blue Moon City has been restored, whoever possesses the Crystal of Psi will reign over the rest in splendor and power.
