This supplement includes additional background material on the Guilds of Kurnor (The Black Hand, Cutters, Daggers, Dengers, Hawks, Lifters, etc.)as well as key Non-Player Characters from within these secret societies. The Imperial Army also benefits from additional material such as history, structure, battle formations, officer ranks, as well as a host of champion Non-Player Characters.

Four New Classes are also included: Bounty Hunter, Master of Battle, Master Locksmith, and Phalanx Pillar, as well as rules for creating New Classes.
