Introduction
An ezine voucher is a form of contributor payment offered by SJ Games' online periodicals, Pyramid and JTAS, consisting of credit toward merchandise purchased from Warehouse 23 or an official Steve Jackson Games convention sales table. Any questions concerning the value or issuing of vouchers should be taken up with the editor of the relevant ezine and any questions concerning redemption of vouchers at conventions should be directed to the convention manager; Warehouse 23 staff handle only online voucher redemption.
When can I redeem my voucher?
The vouchers, which are sent directly to Warehouse 23 by the ezine editor, should be available for redemption two weeks after the article that they are issued for has been posted. Once issued, they are good for six months.
What can I order?
Vouchers can only be used to purchase SJ Games and Cartouche Press products. All items from these two companies have a stock number that starts with "SJG". Also, the company name is listed on every order page, just under the title. There are many items in Warehouse 23 that look like they're from SJ Games, but are actually licensed products from other companies, so be sure to check.
In the event that you choose to pay for additional items with an alternate payment method, please note that any order using the voucher paytype shares these restrictions, and may only contain products beginning with "SJG," no matter how much of the order is paid with an alternate method.
Vouchers may not be used to purchase Warehouse 23 Gift Certificates.
What costs does the voucher cover?
The voucher will cover the cost of the items being purchased, shipping charges (including greeting cards), and Texas state sales tax (applicable only if shipping to Texas) up to the value of the voucher.
How do I place an order?
We will accept orders over the phone, but only M-F, 9-4 Central Time; we recommend that you place the order on our website. Place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Select "Ezine Voucher" as the payment method. The cost of shipping is displayed on the second screen of the checkout process, as the calculation requires both the contents of the order and a full shipping address. If you want to maximize how much of the voucher you use without going over, you may have to go back and forth a couple of times.
Once you have placed the order, email orders@warehouse23.com with the order number. If you have more than one voucher, please specify which voucher or vouchers you wish to use.
What if my order is more than my voucher?
If your order totals more than the value of the voucher, you may pay the extra with "cash". For US orders, a check or money order is most convenient, please mail it in as soon as possible after placing the order. Otherwise, we'll need credit card info (name as printed on card, billing address, card number, and expiration date), which can be submitted by phone, 1-866-FNORD23; fax, 512-447-1144; email; or secure webmail. You may also use PayPal (for US or overseas), please contact us for instructions. Please note in the comments field of your order that additional payment is en route.
If you pay the extra by credit card, the order must still be placed with "Ezine Voucher" as the payment method and the credit card information submitted separately.
What if my order is less than my voucher?
You may place only one order per voucher and any portion of the voucher not used is lost, so we recommend that you use as much of the voucher as possible.
Can I use multiple vouchers on the same order?
Yes, you may use as many vouchers as you like on the same order. If you're saving them up, just remember to keep an eye on the expiration dates.
