What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and money orders. We do not accept personal checks, Western Union, or Monopoly money.
How do I pay with a credit card?
How do I pay with PayPal?
During checkout, select PayPal as your payment option. You will then be sent to PayPal's website where you can pay with your preferred payment method. Be sure to continue with the process until you are redirected back to Warehouse 23, confirm your order, and see a receipt page.
We will ship your order to the address you entered on Warehouse 23, not the one on PayPal.
How do I pay with a money order?
During checkout, select Money Order. When sending the money order, make it payable to "Steve Jackson Games," include your order number, and send it the following address:

Your order will be shipped once your payment is received.
I'm in a different country and my credit/debit card isn't working!
Some foreign cards are unverifiable by our payment system. However, if you proceed through checkout with PayPal, they can verify it for us.
When will I be charged?
Warehouse 23 and PayPal charge your card immediately when your order is placed. If needed, we can change or cancel your order if you contact us before your order is shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Can I return my order?
Yes, under certain conditions. Returns for physical products are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your order. All returns must be pre-approved by Warehouse 23. Just contact us explaining the issue.
The following conditions apply:
For digital downloads, we cannot issue a refund after a product has been purchased and downloaded. More information is available on our Digital Downloads page.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Contact us right away and include a picture of the problem if possible. We will work with you to make it right.
New Products! Where?
Check out our New! page. It provides a detailed list of all our newly released products. For your convenience, all our new products are also flagged with a “NEW” banner.
When will (X, Y, or Z) be released?
When will you be adding (X, Y, or Z) as a digital download?
We make announcements on the Daily Illuminator, on Facebook, and on Twitter when digital downloads are released. If we have not made an announcement, please be patient. We have a lot of projects that we're working on at any given time and the one you want probably has not been forgotten.

I have an amazing Munchkin idea. Can I send it to you?
Our calender is full right now, so we are not accepting ideas for Munchkin core sets. But we always love to hear from fans about Munchkin card ideas.
I have a really great game idea! Where can I send it?
At the moment, we are not open to unsolicited game ideas. We already have several years' worth of partially completed games in the queue . . . and Steve keeps having more ideas. So we already have more than we can handle.
I'm a MIB. Can I place an order using my MIB points?
Yes. We have converted MIB points into a form of currency. Just log into your MIB account on Warehouse 23. At checkout, choose the default shipping method and select MIB points as your payment option.
MIB points work only for physical products in distribution, excluding Warehouse 23 Exclusives. W23 Exclusives are marked with a red “W23!” after the product title on the item page. For international MIB orders, you are responsible for all customs fees. More information about redeeming points is available on the MIB Wiki.
Can I purchase something from Warehouse 23 as a gift and send it directly to them?
Yes. At checkout, enter your personal billing information and the shipping address for the gift recipient. We will send it to them, but we can't guarantee 'gift' invoices.
Some items in my order are pre-orders or aren't available. Can you send me the ones that are available?
No. We do not split orders. If any item in your order is temporarily not available, the entire order will be held until the unavailable item becomes ready for shipment. If you do not want to wait, please contact us with your order number to have the item removed.
If we find out that an item is out of print, we will remove it from your order and let you know by email. You won't be charged for these items.
Why don't you offer print-on-demand?
We have not made any announcements about offering print-on-demand due to [appropriate clearance required]. However, we do allow each customer to make one printed copy of his or her PDFs for personal use only. For more information, see our Digital Downloads FAQs.
What browser should I use to view Warehouse 23?
Do you purchase or sell used games?
No. Warehouse 23 does not deal in used games. Steve Jackson Games does maintain a list of out-of-print game dealers, many of whom deal in used products.
What is your pricing policy?
We reserve the right to change our listed prices at any time, but we will never alter the price of any item after you have placed an order.
How do I join the Illuminati?
Visit sjgames.com, and check under 'Your Message from the Illuminati.' Please do not contact us through means other than instructed.
