We reserve the right to change our listed prices at any time, but we will never alter the price of any item after you have placed your order.
- Opened items are not eligible for return, except in the case of damage or defect, and then only with prior approval. In addition, clothing that has been washed cannot be returned.
- We cannot refund shipping on any order that was shipped in good faith.
- A member of the Warehouse 23 staff must approve all returns in advance. These may be approved by phone, email, or mail.
- The window to request a return is 2 weeks after you have received your order.
- When processing a return, please ensure you have your order number available. It will be available in your email receipt, as well as included in your shipment.
